What We Do and Our Service:

What will you do?
The marketing assistant position is vital to the success of our customers and ultimately, our team and company. You will support the Director of Marketing by assisting with new customer set-up, their ongoing marketing campaigns and reporting.
Some of the tasks that you will handle are below.
Marketing
Research
Topic and keyword research
Research data, studies and other authoritative content to support information in blog articles
Competitor research
Use tools such as Screamingfrog, Semrush and SurferSEO to gather the information that will allow you and our team to improve website rankings in Google
Content
Editing blog articles
Ordering blog content
Getting content approved by client
Publishing blog articles
Promoting blog articles on social media
Generating new content ideas
Writing/Copywriting
Headlines and descriptions for paid ads
Headlines for blog articles
Meta titles and descriptions
Reporting, Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Setting up, modifying, and improving Google Data Studio dashboards
Monitoring the performance of our marketing clients to identify issues and opportunities
Identify UX/UI issues on websites that may be negatively impacting conversions
Support team leaders
Responding to email messages from clients
Coordinating meetings
Taking notes during meetings

Excellent English writing and communication skills. We believe communication is critical.

Bonus Qualifications
Our ideal candidate would also have the following:
3-5 Years of marketing and/or SEO experience
Understanding of Hubspot and WordPress
Desire to develop new skills and learn.
