Salary: $700 month
Role Overview
This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) remote role for someone who can lead content strategy, write high-converting copy, and handle admin tasks. You’ll also be responsible for writing captions, scripts, and helping shape our brand voice for scale.
This is not a task-based writing role. You’ll be the architect of our brand voice, content systems, and creative output. If you’re looking to grow into Head of Content, this is your proving ground.
Key Responsibilities
– Write copy for social media, email, and web.
– Develop and implement SEO strategies.
– Write weekly short-form video scripts.
– Lead content planning and collaborate with creative teams.
– Help build a brand voice guide for future hires.
– Help document systems and coordinate creative workflows.
What We’re Looking For
– Minimum 2 years writing high-performing short-form video scripts with proven results (engagement, shares, conversions). Will be shown during the interview/portfolio.
– Strong grasp of brand tone and voice adaptability
– Able to build and execute SEO-driven content with Google Sheets keyword finding. Must provide data-proven results from previous employer.
– Can write hooks, captions, and CTAs that convert
– Leadership mindset. Mandatory and non-negotiable. You should be comfortable taking initiative and guiding others.
– Thick skin. As a startup company, we need someone who can handle feedback, pressure, and fast turnarounds.
– Familiarity with trend tracking tools and performance metrics.
