Role Overview
This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) remote role for someone who can lead content strategy, write high-converting copy, and handle admin tasks. You’ll also be responsible for writing captions, scripts, and helping shape our brand voice for scale.
This is not a task-based writing role. You’ll be the architect of our brand voice, content systems, and creative output. If you’re looking to grow into Head of Content, this is your proving ground.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Write copy for social media, email, and web.
Develop and implement SEO strategies.
Write weekly short-form video scripts.
Lead content planning and collaborate with creative teams.
Help build a brand voice guide for future hires.
You’ll help document systems and coordinate creative workflows.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years writing high-performing short-form video scripts with proven results (engagement, shares, conversions). Will be shown during the interview/portfolio.
Strong grasp of brand tone and voice adaptability
Able to build and execute SEO-driven content with Google Sheets keyword finding. Must provide data-proven results from previous employer.
Can write hooks, captions, and CTAs that convert
Leadership mindset. Mandatory and non-negotiable. You should be comfortable taking initiative and guiding others.
Thick skin. As a startup company, we need someone who can handle feedback, pressure, and fast turnarounds.
Familiarity with trend tracking tools and performance metrics.

💰 Compensation
$700/month
Weekly payments
This is a startup-stage role with long-term upside. You’ll be building the foundation for a future Head of Content position. We’re looking for someone who sees the vision and wants to grow with us.
