Digital content writer SEO & Emails – Ecommerce

At Candid Founders, we’re the team behind one of the fastest-growing wholesale brands on Faire, a upcoming digital marketplace — and now we help other product-based businesses do the same. We’ve taken our own brand to 1,000+ wholesale stockists and replicated that growth playbook for clients across every category.

We’re looking for someone who gets the thrill of taking wholesale accounts from “just ticking over” into category-winning brands — and can do it through smart SEO, engaging email campaigns, and operational excellence. Faire experience is a bonus, but the real value is in your ability to optimise, organise, and drive growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
SEO & Listings
Conduct SEO optimisation for product names, descriptions, and brand profiles.
Research and implement relevant keywords and search terms to boost visibility.
Update and maintain product listings, photos, videos, descriptions, and pricing.
Track and analyse SEO performance, sharing insights with clients and our team.

Email & Buyer Engagement
Write and schedule weekly email campaigns to engage retailers and drive orders.
Create copy and visuals that reflect each brand’s tone while optimising for conversion.
Use segmentation and messaging strategy to increase reorders and customer loyalty.
Engage directly with retailers via Faire messenger to build strong relationships.

Operations & Client Success
Manage multiple client wholesale accounts efficiently, prioritising tasks across projects.
Onboard new clients, organise workload, and map out key optimisation steps.
Collaborate closely with founders and client CEOs to align on growth priorities.
Present updates, strategies, and reports clearly and on time.

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in SEO content optimisation, keyword research, and analytics.
1–2 years in SEO, email marketing, e-commerce operations, or digital marketing.
Strong written communication skills — able to write compelling, concise copy.
Organised and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple client projects at once.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
Familiarity with wholesale platforms (Faire, Abound, Handshake) is a plus but not essential.
Bonus: experience creating or managing automated email flows.
