Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist with SEO Expertise to join our vibrant team. This is a full-time remote position ideal for someone who loves to work independently, values integrity, and has exceptional people skills. We need someone proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to dive into the dynamic world of SEO. You will work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, during night shift hours of 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH Time.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for SEO clients, facilitating communication and updates.

Coordinate daily SEO tasks with the marketing team and offshore or in-house contractors.

Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and client alignment before submission.

Develop, oversee, and adjust SEO strategies based on data and performance insights.

Execute hands-on SEO tasks, including keyword research and content updates.

Analyze and troubleshoot ranking or traffic issues, proposing actionable solutions.

Integrate SEO strategies with PPC, Meta Ads, and website improvements when needed.

Prepare and present clear reports and recommendations to clients.

Ensure client satisfaction and act proactively to resolve any issues.

Keep abreast of SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Experience
5+ years managing SEO accounts in an agency setting.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.

Strong understanding of PPC, Meta Ads, and UX principles.

Proven experience managing offshore SEO teams or freelancers.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Individuals that are familiar with marine industry clients will be highly preferred.

Certifications in SEO-related tools are a plus.
