Digital Marketing & WordPress VA – SEO, HubSpot, Content Creation

Job Type: Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week) with potential for full-time.

Permanent – Long-term role. Work from home / remote

Salary: $6–$10 USD/hour (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a talented and proactive Filipino Virtual Assistant with strong experience in WordPress website design, SEO, email marketing (HubSpot), social media, and content creation. This is a long-term role for someone who’s confident in taking the lead on digital marketing tasks and is excited to help grow an established business through smart, strategic execution. |

Key Responsibilities:
Migrate existing website from GoDaddy to WordPress and improve design/functionality;

Implement SEO best practices (on-page SEO, content optimization, tags, backlinks);

Integrate HubSpot CRM into WordPress;

Build and manage email nurturing campaigns, newsletters, and automations; Create regular blog content, vlogs, and social media posts;

Help grow our organic social media presence and audience;

Support with launching a new service offering and creating buzz around it;

Provide insight and recommendations to improve digital marketing strategy |

Required Skills: WordPress website design & plugin management; SEO: keyword research, backlink strategy, on-page optimization; HubSpot: email automation, CRM workflows; Content creation: writing, scheduling, basic visual design; Social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn); Strong English (written and verbal); Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated | Preferred Skills (a plus): Graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.); Familiarity with Google Analytics & Search Console; Experience working with lifestyle or service-based brands |
