🕒 Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST
💰 Salary: ₱49,000/month
Are you a seasoned eCommerce pro with hands-on Walmart and Target Marketplace experience? We’re looking for a highly skilled, data-driven, and creative Ecommerce Specialist to lead and scale marketplace growth for a global beauty and wellness brand.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage listings, content, promos, and backend for Walmart Marketplace and Target.com
• Optimize for growth with SEO, sponsored ads, UGC, bundling & seasonal campaigns
• Collaborate with Creative & Ops teams to ensure accurate PDPs, inventory sync & visuals
• Oversee content across SalonCentric, Macy’s, and Sally Beauty for brand consistency
• Troubleshoot listing/feed issues within Walmart systems
• Analyze weekly performance data and act on pricing, search & promo insights
• Recommend creative content strategies — PDP videos, quizzes, A/B testing
• Align campaigns with key retail moments (BFCM, Spring, TikTok Shop, etc.)
✅ Qualifications:
3+ years of eCommerce marketplace experience
Strong expertise in Walmart Marketplace and Target Plus
Skilled in Walmart Seller Center and feed management
Shopify experience (especially with marketplace integrations) is a plus
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Creative mindset with test-and-learn mentality
Industry experience in beauty, CPG, or health & wellness is a big bonus
