Overview
We’re hiring a part-time Google Ads & Website Optimization Specialist to manage a small, ongoing ad campaign and ensure the client’s website performs efficiently for lead conversions. You’ll be working directly with a U.S.-based home services company on light campaign maintenance and performance tracking.
This role is ideal for someone experienced with Google Ads and WordPress optimization but looking for a lighter, flexible workload (about 10 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
* Conduct light keyword and audience adjustments as needed
* Monitor conversions via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
* Ensure site speed, caching, and tracking tools are properly configured
* Provide brief performance summaries or reports
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of Google Ads management experience
* Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and WordPress
* Basic understanding of website optimization and SEO fundamentals
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Great if you have Google Ads certification and experience with caching/CDN tools (e.g., WP Rocket, Cloudflare)
