Working Days: Monday – Friday | Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or flexible based on need)

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a results-driven Jr. Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in executing real campaigns. This role focuses on driving measurable growth through SEO, paid google and meta ads, and conversion-focused strategies, while maintaining clear communication with the team and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis with clear strategy
• Execute on-page SEO (meta tags, structure, internal linking, content optimization)
• Identify and implement technical SEO improvements
• Plan and execute content strategies focused on ranking & conversion
• Manage and optimize Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns

Track and report performance using:

• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Work on conversion optimization (CRO) for funnels and landing pages
• Collaborate with dev & automation team (GHL, CRM workflows, etc.)
• Provide clear reporting with insights, not just data

What You Should Have Strong understanding of:

• SEO (On-page + Technical basics)
• Lead generation & funnels
• Paid ads fundamentals (google & meta)

Experience with tools like:

• Google Analytics
• Search Console
• Ahrefs / SEMrush
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Problem-solving mindset (not task-only execution)
