GoTeam is currently in search of a full-time highly skilled SEO, Copywriter and Paid Search Expert. This is a hands-on role that executes and optimizes actions to deliver digital marketing activities to support the growth of our client.

  • This is an individual contributor role collaborating with a startup company focused on scaling logistics and e-commerce platforms in the US.
  • Budget of 150K-200K

Required skills/experience: 

  • Function as an individual contributor performing copywriting, SEO and paid media.
  • Ability to execute and monitor the creation and optimization of ad campaigns across multiple search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Proven experience executing paid search campaigns with a track record of delivering results.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Outstanding research capabilities and demonstrated ability to leverage these insights to inform content strategy, SEO optimization, and paid media campaign development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to generate clear, concise reports.
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.

In this position you will be executing, measuring and optimizing:       

SEO and Content Strategy:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy and improve organic rankings.
  • Optimize web pages, including meta tags, headings, and content for search engine visibility and user experience.
  • Stay current with the latest SEO guidelines and algorithm updates to ensure content strategy is effective and up-to-date.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for landing pages, blog articles, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

PPC Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute effective PPC strategies to increase paid search traffic and conversions while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of ad campaigns across multiple search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Budget and Bid Management:

  • Manage campaign budgets, track spend, and adjust bids to achieve the best return on investment.
  • Implement bid strategies that align with campaign objectives, leveraging automated bidding solutions where appropriate.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and scale successful strategies.

Ad Copy and Landing Page Optimization:

  • Write compelling ad copy and test variations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to optimize landing pages for paid search campaigns.

Cross-Channel Coordination:

  • Work with other marketing channels to create a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
  • Share insights and collaborate on multi-channel campaigns to ensure a consistent brand message and maximize overall marketing effectiveness.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure that all paid search activities comply with industry policies and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in paid search advertising to keep our campaigns at the forefront of the industry.
