Salary: Php 25,000 / month

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior SEO Specialist to support our organic growth initiatives through search engine optimization, content strategy, keyword research, and website performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and is passionate about improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and supporting content marketing efforts. This role will work closely with the marketing team to optimize website performance, identify ranking opportunities, and contribute to long-term SEO growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Keyword Research & SEO Planning

• Conduct keyword research to identify new ranking opportunities Analyze search intent and organize keywords into content clusters Maintain and update keyword tracking reports Assist in developing SEO content strategies and content calendars Identify emerging search trends and opportunities

On-Page SEO

• Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, image alt text, and internal linking structures Review and improve product pages, collection pages, landing pages, and blog content Ensure all content follows SEO best practices and search engine guidelines Implement basic schema markup recommendations when required Monitor and improve content performance metrics

Content Support

• Create SEO content briefs for writers and content creators Research industry topics related to batteries, energy storage, manufacturing, robotics, and related technologies Assist with publishing and optimizing blog content Identify content gaps and opportunities for organic growth Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve content performance

Technical SEO Support

• Perform regular website audits using SEO tools Identify and report website issues including:
• Broken links
• 404 errors
• Redirect issues
• Duplicate content
• Crawl errors
• Indexing issues Monitor website health using Google Search Console Support implementation of technical SEO recommendationsCompetitor Research
• Analyze competitor websites, content strategies, and SEO performance Identify backlink, content, and keyword opportunities Prepare competitor benchmark reports and recommendations Monitor industry trends and emerging competitors

Link Building Support

• Research industry directories and backlink opportunities Build outreach prospect lists for link acquisition campaigns Assist with guest posting and partnership outreach efforts Support backlink monitoring and reporting activities

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and SEO tools Present findings, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of SEO experience or relevant internship experience Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 Experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written English communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technology-focused websites Experience with Shopify websites Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS) Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and technical SEO concepts Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation Experience using Screaming Frog SEO Spider Previous experience supporting content marketing initiatives

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Google Search Console Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Similar SEO Platforms Screaming Frog SEO Spider (Preferred) Shopify WordPress (Preferred) Basic HTML Knowledge Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
