𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant with hands-on WordPress and social media experience to help us grow brand awareness and sales across our website and channels. Start date: early October. Filipino applicants only.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
-Update and optimize product pages, collections, and blog posts in WordPress (including basic on-page SEO).
-Manage social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest): plan, create, and schedule posts, carousels, Reels/shorts, and Pins.
-Maintain a content calendar and engage with followers (comments/DMs).
-Write concise, on-brand copy for posts, captions, and short blog content.
-Organize creative assets (photos, videos) and ensure visual consistency.
-Track and summarize post performance and basic website traffic.
-Collaborate directly with founders on promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
-Filipino citizen or resident (required).
-1–3+ years in marketing, social media, or e-commerce support.
-WordPress experience (content publishing, formatting, basic SEO).
-Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest marketing best practices.
-Strong written English with an eye for design and aesthetics (furniture/home décor a plus).
-Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a startup environment.
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆)
$600 USD/month (approx. ₱33,000)
Final rate will be based on experience, skill set, and deliverables.

-Part-time role (20 hrs/week) with a clear growth path to full-time.
