Salary: $3 – $8 per Hour

We’re looking for a friendly, creative, and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. you’ll have the chance to make a real impact by helping us grow our brand and generate high-quality leads. You’ll work across both digital and traditional marketing, specializing in Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation. The perfect candidate has extensive SEO and Google Ads experience, is organized, resourceful, and excited to take ownership of campaigns that connect with clients and showcase our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Marketing Calendar: Keep our marketing activities on track and running smoothly.
Manage and Create All Mailers: Design, produce, and distribute eye-catching mailers to clients and prospects.
Create All Print Ads: Develop engaging print ads for local publications and marketing materials.
Create All Eblasts and Email Marketing Campaigns: Build, segment, and send targeted campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
Manage Lead Pages: Create and optimize landing pages to maximize conversions.
SEO and Google Optimization: Oversee website SEO, local search presence, and Google My Business listings.
Manage Blog: Plan, write, and post content that informs, engages, and supports our SEO goals.
Utilize and Implement AI Automation: Leverage AI tools to simplify marketing tasks, enhance content, and improve campaign results.
Google Management: Oversee Google products including updates, testimonials, FAQs, and verified listings.
Google Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to drive leads and engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Google Ads, PPC, and SEO.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and campaign management.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and campaigns with ease.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Preferred Skills:

Experience using AI for marketing automation and content optimization.
Knowledge of luxury real estate marketing.
