ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing efforts. This role will report directly to the Marketing Director and play a key role in enhancing the brand positioning by executing content strategies.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of executing marketing campaigns while also tracking their performance. He/she should be comfortable working across multiple platforms, including HubSpot CRM, website management, and social media channels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys several areas of marketing and being hands-on with execution.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform the following website development and design duties:
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Create graphics and marketing materials as needed, including brochures and digital assets
  • Perform the following email marketing and CRM management duties:
  • Assist in the implementation of HubSpot CRM, particularly its marketing tools
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Segment audiences and personalize email content for better engagement
  • Perform the following analytics and reporting duties:
  • Track website and campaign performance using HubSpot analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools
  • Provide insights on customer acquisition sources, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness
  • Generate reports to help refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Perform the following Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and paid advertising duties:
  • Research keywords and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Assist in planning and managing targeted digital advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media promotions
  • Perform the following content strategy and social media duties:
  • Implement a content strategy that aligns with brand positioning
  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Create and post content, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Perform the following brand positioning and strategy duties:
  • Collaborate with the team to refine our brand identity and messaging
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and platforms
  • Identify new opportunities for brand growth and audience engagement
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the CEO and Sales department

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website development, or a similar role
  • Strong content strategy and copywriting skills
  • Experience managing social media platforms for business
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics
  • Experience with email marketing, segmentation, and automation
  • Proficiency in WordPress for website management and development
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar marketing automation tools
  • Ability to run and analyze targeted ad campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
