YouTube Research & SEO Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Research & SEO Specialist who feeds the whole production engine. You will own founder research, trend research, SEO, retention analysis, and the final quality check before anything ships.
This is a proactive role. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, identifies opportunities for improvement, and solves problems without waiting for instructions. If you prefer simply completing assigned tasks, this role may not be the right fit. This is a long-term seat, not a one-off gig.
What You Will Do
- Research each upcoming guest founder: who they are, their industry, and what trends are hot in that lane
- Build a weekly packet covering shorts angles, behind-the-scenes ideas, and a gamification concept matched to the founder’s lane
- Draft genuinely interesting interview questions: about the founder, the product, and the story
- Own titles, keywords, tags, and descriptions for every video
- Stay current on trending content and the best angles across platforms
- Run the final QC pass on all outgoing content before anything ships
- Review weekly retention data with the team and apply learnings to the next packet
Hard Requirement
You must maintain a personal workaround (US accounts, VPN, or similar) so your research never skews Filipino. The output is what matters; how you solve this is up to you.Schedule: 7:00am to 3:00pm US Eastern, Monday to Friday
What We Are Looking For
- Strong research instincts with the ability to turn a guest into a full content strategy packet
- Solid understanding of YouTube and short-form SEO
- US-current perspective: you actively maintain access to US trends, not a Filipino-skewed feed
- Sharp eye for quality: you catch what others miss before it goes out the door
- Organized, proactive, and packets are ready before they are needed
