Job Overview
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented professional to assist with reviewing written articles using AI tools, SEO analysis, and data-backed content evaluation. This role is ideal for someone with strong English reading and writing skills, excellent editorial judgment, and the ability to combine human review with AI-assisted workflows.
The right candidate should be able to analyze article quality, identify weak or unnatural phrasing, improve readability, support SEO optimization, and help ensure content meets both editorial and search-performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review articles for grammar, clarity, structure, tone, and overall quality
- Use AI tools to help evaluate, improve, and refine content drafts
- Identify awkward, repetitive, overly promotional, or low-quality writing
- Analyze articles for SEO opportunities, including keyword placement, headings, readability, internal linking, and search intent alignment
- Compare draft content against content guidelines and brand requirements
- Assist with fact-checking, consistency checks, and content polishing
- Provide clear feedback and suggested edits to writers
- Help evaluate content performance using SEO tools, spreadsheets, and available data
- Support content optimization based on rankings, search trends, and competitor analysis
- Flag issues such as keyword stuffing, unnatural anchor usage, weak formatting, or low editorial quality
- Work with article review workflows that combine AI output with human judgment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English reading, writing, and editing skills
- Strong understanding of article structure, tone, and readability
- Experience reviewing blog articles, web pages, landing pages, or editorial content
- Familiarity with AI writing/review tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
- Understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals
- Ability to spot unnatural writing, poor flow, weak argument structure, and SEO issues
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google Docs, spreadsheets, and content briefs
- Able to turn messy drafts into clean, polished, high-quality content
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SEO content editing or content strategy
- Familiarity with Surfer SEO, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar tools
- Experience reviewing AI-generated content and improving it to sound natural and human
- Ability to analyze content quality using both data and editorial judgment
- Experience working with structured content guidelines and QA processes
