
At IThinkWeb Corporation, we build digital solutions that empower the global TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry. As we scale globally, we are looking for a data-driven Search Engine Optimization Specialist to optimize our digital presence, boost organic and paid search performance, and drive qualified traffic to our platforms.
Duties And Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve search engine rankings and visibility. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO enhancements.
- SEM Campaign Management: Plan and manage paid search campaigns across Google, and other platforms. Monitor budgets, bids, and performance to maximize ROI.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all digital assets. Recommend improvements to site architecture, linking, and UX for better crawlability and conversion.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitoring of campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and others. Also applying insights, preparing monthly reports and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Digital Strategy Execution: Supporting integrated digital campaigns across web, social media, paid ads, and SEO. Also collaborating with content, design, and driving the sales team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes, emerging tools, and industry best practices. Proactively adjust strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5–8 years of proven experience in SEO/SEM
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, link building, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush)
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
- Proficient in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and analytics platforms
- With solid experience of launching multi-channel campaigns or new product rollouts is a strong advantage
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and can adapt messaging for varied audiences
- Comfortable with data and can translate insights into actionable strategy
- Proactive collaborator and can engage effectively across departments
- Resourceful, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, B2B, or global digital campaigns
