About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on SEO expert who can drive serious results across both on-page and off-page SEO. You’ll be responsible for everything from keyword research and technical audits to link building and content optimization. This is a strategic and executional role—you’ll be the go-to person for all things SEO.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings
- Perform on-page optimizations (meta tags, internal linking, page structure, keyword targeting)
- Manage and grow a high-quality link-building program
- Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical fixes
- Track SEO performance and report on KPIs
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to optimize all published materials for SEO
- Stay ahead of industry changes and algorithm updates to keep our strategy sharp
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven SEO experience (on-page and off-page)
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Successful track record managing link-building campaigns
- Ability to run SEO audits and implement improvements
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Highly analytical with strong reporting and communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Bonus points for experience in legal, staffing, or service-based industries
