About the role:

Our Senior Digital marketer drives results for our ambitious clients we partner with. Our senior Marketers apply their extensive marketing skills across client challenges, implementing marketing plans and roadmaps, and monitoring effective channel activation to nail client outcomes.

The core focus of this role is digital marketing, primarily leading paid search initiatives, but will include managing some clients as a generalist in delivering integrated campaigns. Part of the role will be around regular review and refinement of marketing activity including exploration of new ideas and initiatives to improve performance.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across search, social, and performance channels, with a focus on driving growth.
  • Develop channel and campaign strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular reporting, analysis, and optimisation of omni-channel activities.
  • Utilise technical expertise in GTM tracking, GA4 data analysis, Google Data Studio dashboard creation to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Role requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, GTM, and Facebook Advertising.
  • Strong project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Ability to effectively communicate marketing progress and performance metrics.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
