Salary: $800-$1,250 USD/month
We’re Shield Rep, a growing U.S.-based Local SEO agency helping small businesses like auto shops, junk removal services, contractors, and salons rank higher in Google Maps and generate more local leads.
We’re hiring a senior-level Local SEO expert who knows how to get small businesses ranked in the Map Pack, understands NAP consistency, citation building, and can handle content and on-page SEO with minimal supervision. This is a full-time, long-term role focused on fulfillment — not strategy talk or fluff. We need someone who gets results.
What We’re Looking For:
3–6+ years of Local SEO experience (GBP, citations, on-page SEO)
Strong understanding of how to rank small businesses in Google Maps
Fluent in spoken and written English
Familiar with:
BrightLocal
Google Search Console
WordPress
Knows the major directory listing sites and how to manage NAP consistency
Able to manage multiple clients with professionalism and precision
Proactive, independent, and highly detail-oriented
