Position Overview
We are seeking two Senior SEO Content Editors to join our growing team. These roles are ideal for experienced content editors with strong SEO expertise who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring JRA’s clients achieve top rankings and increased engagement through exceptional content.

Key Responsibilities
Edit 80-100 pages of content monthly (1,500 words per page) with a focus on SEO best practices, readability, and engagement.
Ensure all content is error-free, grammatically correct, and aligns with each client’s unique tone and brand voice.
Continuously seek ways to make content more engaging and share ideas with the content creation team.
Optimize content for SEO, including proper use of headings, meta descriptions, internal linking, and keyword placement.
Conduct occasional keyword research to identify content opportunities and improve rankings.
Write new content as needed to fill gaps or strengthen weak pages.
Upload and format content in WordPress with precision and efficiency.
Utilize SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to identify SEO opportunities and improve content performance.
Monitor and improve content performance metrics such as rankings, organic traffic, and engagement.
Collaborate with the SEO team to refine strategies and ensure content aligns with JRA’s aggressive SEO objectives.
Conduct content audits to enhance older pages and improve search visibility.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Consistently editing 80-100 pages/month with strong quality control.
Maintaining a low error rate of ? 1% for grammar, spelling, and formatting issues.
Maintaining a low error rate of ? 2% for SEO strategy and content structure errors.
Delivering consistent improvements in client rankings, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
Regularly sharing creative content ideas with the content creation team to improve engagement and SEO results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SEO content editing, writing, or digital marketing.
Proven experience with WordPress and SEMrush is mandatory.
Experience with SurferSEO is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Exceptional command of English with a native-level understanding and excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and constantly looking for ways to improve content.
Ability to follow established processes while also bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a dependable computer setup.

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern Time (No flexibility on hours).
Compensation: $1,800 – $2,200 USD/month.
