Senior SEO Specialist

Salary: $1100-$1300

We’re a London based digital marketing agency servicing global clients across multiple industries. Our mission is to drive measurable growth via data?driven, creative SEO strategies.

As Senior SEO Specialist, you’ll own day?to?day SEO execution for 3–5 client accounts. Although you won’t speak with clients directly, you must think strategically, troubleshoot independently, and deliver high?impact recommendations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct full technical audits (site architecture, crawlability, page speed, schema) and prioritize fixes
– Perform ongoing keyword research, gap analyses, and competitor benchmarking
– Optimise on?page elements (titles, meta, headings, internal linking) at scale
– Develop and manage content briefs — collaborating with writers to ensure SEO best practices
– Monitor KPIs (organic traffic, rankings, conversions), create actionable reports, and propose data?driven optimizations
– Stay current on algorithm updates, emerging tools, and industry trends; share learnings with the team

Must?Have Qualifications:

– 5+ years of hands?on SEO experience (agency or in?house)
– Proven track record driving organic growth for mid?to?large websites
– Expert proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs (or SEMrush), Screaming Frog
– Deep understanding of technical SEO (JavaScript rendering, site speed, hreflang, structured data)
– Strong written English (for documentation, reporting, and briefing content)
– Highly self?motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously

Nice?to?Have:
– Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify)
– Familiarity with SQL or basic Python for data analysis
– Certifications (Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush Academy)

Working hours:
100% remote (Philippines?based) — flexible hours, however is important to have some sort overlap with SEO director who is based in the UAE.
