WE’RE HIRING SEO/AEO Specialist
Australia | Dayshift | Philippines only | 3 – month term
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
SEO Strategy & Execution
• Conduct structured SEO audits using established internal templates
• Build and manage ongoing SEO roadmaps and optimisation schedules
Content Strategy Integration
• Develop SEO briefs for articles and pillar content
• Collaborate with internal and external copywriters
AEO Development & Experimentation
• Stay across developments in AI-driven search environments including Google AI Overviews (SGE) and
conversational search engines
Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports
• Interpret data from GA4, Search Console and third-party tools
The Practical Details
• Full-time
• Fully remote
• Initial 3-month contract, with performance review
• No direct client presentation responsibilities
• Works closely with Account Managers and Digital Director
