SaaSLaunch helps SaaS founders scale by building predictable client acquisition systems, launching high-performing campaigns, and strengthening their operational infrastructure.

We’re looking for an SEO & AI Visibility Specialist (GEO/SEO) to lead both traditional search visibility and AI-powered discoverability for SaaSLaunch and our SaaS clients.

Your job is to help SaaS brands get found not only on Google Search, but also across AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. You’ll make sure our clients’ products, services, and content are positioned to be discoverable, trusted, and surfaced in the new era of search.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands SEO fundamentals, is excited by the future of AI search, and wants to help SaaS companies build visibility that compounds over time.

About the Role:

As our SEO & AI Visibility Specialist, you’ll own end-to-end search strategy across both traditional SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

You’ll work closely with our Client Success, Copywriting, and Media teams to build search systems that improve rankings, grow qualified traffic, and increase brand visibility across search engines and LLM-driven platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong SEO execution with curiosity, adaptability, and forward-thinking AI search strategy.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute SEO + GEO strategies to improve search rankings and AI discoverability for SaaS brands
– Conduct audits, keyword research, and entity research focused on search intent, LLM prompts, and AI content ecosystems
– Optimize website structure, metadata, pages, and content for both human users and AI indexing models
– Build topic clusters, schema strategies, and content frameworks designed for visibility across Google and generative platforms
– Collaborate with Copywriting and Media teams to align organic and paid acquisition strategies
– Monitor and report on key metrics such as impressions, rankings, CTR, conversions, and AI/LLM visibility trends
– Continuously test and refine GEO tactics as AI search behavior evolves
– Stay current on SEO updates, AI discovery trends, and the fast-changing search landscape

Qualifications:

You’re a strong fit if you:

– Have 2+ years of SEO experience in SaaS, B2B, or high-ticket online businesses
– Are familiar with, or excited to master, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search visibility
– Have ranked content for competitive keywords and can show measurable results
– Are proficient with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer, Frase, and Google Search Console
– Understand how to combine technical SEO, content strategy, and search intent mapping
– Can analyze performance data and turn it into clear, ROI-driven recommendations
– Are naturally curious, experimental, and energized by how AI is reshaping search

Success Metrics:
– Success in this role will be measured by:
– Visibility Growth: Improved keyword rankings and stronger inclusion in AI-generated search results
– Traffic Impact: Growth in qualified organic traffic and lower acquisition costs
– Execution Speed: Timely delivery of audits, optimizations, and strategy updates within 48–72 hours
– Collaboration: Smooth coordination with Paid Media, Funnel, and Content teams

Compensation:
OTE: $2,000–$6,000 USD/month
Base Pay: $1,000–$2,000
