SEO and Google Ads Specialist

Salary: $8/hr

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with expertise in campaign execution and CRM system development for a law firm based in Florida. This role involves executing both organic (SEO) and paid campaigns (e.g Facebook and Google Ads). The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of handling the marketing. You will be working 40 hours per week during US business hours, and get paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

« Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
« Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for SEO.
« Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes.
« Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
« Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks.
« Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
« Monitor and adjust bids and budgets to maximize ROI.
« Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
«Support email marketing efforts, including preparing and sending newsletters.

Qualifications:

– 2+ years of experience in marketing to legal professionals or law firms based in the US
– Experience in managing Google Ads is a MUST
– Experience in email marketing tools (e.g MailChimp, GoHighLevel, Brevo)
– Familiarity with compliance in legal/financial services marketing
