Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Business Profile Specialist to join our team. This person must pay attention to details, work transparently, complete tasks and close the loop confirming tasks are fully completed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profiles, and local map pack rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for multiple client accounts.
Ensure all GBP listings are accurate, up to date, and fully optimized (hours, categories, services, photos, etc.).
Post regular updates, offers, and content to client profiles.
Monitor insights, analytics, and rankings from GBP dashboards and related tools.
Track and report on GBP performance, highlighting wins and areas for improvement.
Assist in generating and responding to client reviews, following agency guidelines.
Research competitor listings and share insights with the SEO Manager.
Only apply if you have a strong attention to detail and understand Google Business Profile optimization and map pack ranking.
Requirements:
Advanced understanding of Google Business Profile and Google Maps platform.
Intermediate understanding of SEO and local search best practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow structured processes and checklists.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Comfortable learning new tools and systems (training will be provided).
Previous experience in GBP management and local SEO is required.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies to better assist clients.
You must be the one doing the work, absolutely no ghost teams or outside assistants.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of content marketing trends and strategies.
Able to work EST time zone
