Overview

Act as the primary liaison between a fast-growing digital marketing agency and its diverse client portfolio. You will manage communication, coordinate SEO deliverables with internal teams, and ensure high client satisfaction through organized reporting and proactive account management.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week); Monday to Friday, aligned with 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Manage regular client communication including weekly and bi-weekly updates
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate approvals for content, design, and strategy deliverables
  • Monitor client satisfaction and flag risks or concerns early

Meetings & Reporting

  • Prepare client reports and presentations using tools such as Google Slides or Canva
  • Translate SEO performance data into clear, client-friendly insights
  • Support client meetings with structured updates and clear communication
  • Collect client feedback, testimonials, and reviews

Client Onboarding

  • Manage onboarding of new clients from start to finish
  • Ensure all onboarding steps are completed smoothly and on time
  • Coordinate initial setup between clients and internal teams

Internal Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (SEO specialists, developers, content, design)
  • Track deliverables and ensure timelines are met
  • Coordinate feedback loops between clients and delivery teams
  • Ensure all work is aligned with agreed SEO packages and scope

Quality Assurance

  • Review deliverables before they are sent to clients
  • Ensure work meets quality standards and aligns with SEO strategy
  • Support basic CRO (conversion rate optimization) checks where applicable

Growth & Opportunities

  • Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Share opportunities with leadership for follow-up
  • Support overall client retention and account growth

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in client-facing roles (account coordination, client success, virtual assistant, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours (EST)
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with SEO agencies or digital marketing companies
  • Basic understanding of SEO concepts (keywords, rankings, traffic, content)
  • Experience preparing presentations using Google Slides or Canva
  • Experience working with North American clients
  • Familiarity with client reporting and performance tracking

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
