Step into a dynamic role where your expertise in SEO and content marketing will drive impactful projects. This fulltime position allows you to work remotely with structured hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time, with a scheduled lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Plan and execute content marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee the content planning process, ensuring alignment with SEO goals and brand messaging.
Manage a team of content creators and marketers, guiding them to achieve their best work.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance online visibility and brand presence.
Monitor and report on SEO and content marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and content marketing.
Proven experience in content planning and execution.
Strong understanding of social media management and its role in content marketing.
Prior experience in managing a team, with a focus on mentorship and development.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $600 per month
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses available
