About The Company:
The client is a beauty/lifestyle brand specializing in high-quality haircare, wigs, bundles, and hair perfume oils infused with nourishing botanicals like baobab, moringa, and rosehip. With strong roots in both craft and culture, the company aims to combine premium product quality with compelling storytelling, aesthetic excellence, and elevated customer experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Advertising Specialist who can lead website optimization, manage paid campaigns, and help scale traffic, visibility, and conversions. This is a hands-on role: you’ll audit and improve the client’s website for SEO performance, run and optimize Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok campaigns, and work closely with content, design, and social media teams to ensure consistency in messaging and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical SEO, on-page, off-page, site speed, mobile optimization), identify issues, and implement fixes to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
● Perform keyword research to guide content strategy; optimize existing content (product
pages, blog posts, landing pages) for target keywords.
● Manage Google Ads campaigns—search, display, shopping—as well as YouTube ads, ensuring ad spend efficiency and ROI.
● Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns; test creatives and targeting strategies.
● Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, ROAS,
CPC, etc.), prepare reports, and iterate based on insights.
● Collaborate with UX/design/development team to improve site navigation, page load times, mobile responsiveness, structured data, and overall user experience.
● Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, copy, ad creatives to continuously improve conversion rates.
● Ensure compliance with best practices and platform policies for all advertising channels.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page) with measurable results (e.g. improved rankings, increased organic traffic).
● Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok ad campaigns,
with strong understanding of ad optimization, budgeting, and performance metrics.
● Strong expertise in website speed optimization and UX performance improvements.
● Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console), SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and ad platforms.
● Comfortable working with content teams and designers to implement changes.
● Good communication skills—both written and verbal, and ability to present performance data and recommendations.
● Creative mindset with ability to test new ideas (ads, creatives, landing pages) and optimize based on data.
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
