Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin for Customer Success Management (CSM) to support our growing client base. This role is perfect for someone who has a foundational understanding of SEO and WordPress, and thrives in a supportive role that bridges communication between clients and our internal team. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, timely responses, and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
– Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.
– Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engines.
– Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
– Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly content.
– Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix issues related to crawling, indexing, speed, and mobile usability.
– Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content promotion.
– Stay current on SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
– Recommend and implement schema markup, canonical tags, and other structured data techniques.

Qualifications:
– At least 3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role.
– Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
– Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
– Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or others.
– Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
– Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
– Experience in local SEO, eCommerce SEO, or international SEO.
– Basic understanding of content marketing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
