We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist to drive organic growth across specialized engineering and SaaS platforms. In this role, you will develop and execute SEO strategies, create high-quality technical content, and optimize digital channels to increase organic traffic and generate qualified leads. This position is ideal for a marketing professional with strong SEO expertise who enjoys combining technical content creation with data-driven growth strategies.

Your Client:

Work with an Australian electrical engineering consultancy specialising in solar farms, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and grid connections. They also develop CableHero, a SaaS platform designed for electrical engineers, with tools such as cable sizing calculators, conduit sizing calculators, voltage drop calculations, and single-line diagram tools aligned with AU electrical standards. The company continues to expand its digital presence, and they need someone to strengthen organic visibility across the engineering and renewable energy sectors.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience with the following:

  • Strong experience in SEO strategy, keyword research, and organic growth marketing.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console for monitoring website performance.
  • Proven ability to write clear, structured, and SEO-optimised educational content.
  • Demonstrated experience producing high volumes of SEO-optimised technical content, including at least 20 articles per month across multiple platforms or brands.
  • Experience creating and managing LinkedIn content strategies, including publishing 8–12 posts per month to support brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Experience creating digital marketing graphics using tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, content optimisation, and search ranking factors.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

​​​​​​Desirable

  • Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy, engineering, or technical industries.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic video editing or multimedia content creation skills.
  • Understanding of technical SEO practices such as site structure, indexing, and page performance optimization.

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

  • Developing and executing SEO strategies to increase organic visibility for ElectraGlobe and CableHero.
  • Conducting keyword research focused on engineering, renewable energy, and electrical design topics.
  • Optimising existing website pages and developing SEO-focused landing pages.
  • Monitoring keyword rankings, website performance, and search visibility metrics.
  • Performing technical SEO audits including site structure, indexing, schema, and page speed improvements.
  • Creating SEO-optimised blog articles, guides, and technical content related to electrical engineering and renewable energy topics.
  • Designing graphics, infographics, and visual diagrams to support technical content.
  • Creating and scheduling LinkedIn posts to promote industry insights and thought leadership.
  • Identifying opportunities to convert website visitors into qualified leads through improved landing pages and calls-to-action.
  • Supporting the development of marketing funnels and lead generation strategies for CableHero.
  • Preparing monthly marketing performance reports including traffic growth, keyword rankings, and lead generation metrics.
