Are you an SEO whiz ready to hit the ground running? We need a skilled SEO Implementer to join our dynamic team in Auckland!

About the Role:
As our SEO Implementer, you’ll be responsible for driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings for our diverse client base. You’ll have a strong understanding of SEO principles and a proven track record of success in implementing effective SEO strategies.

Responsibilities:
Proficiency in monitoring and tracking search engine rankings and traffic via GSC, GA and Ahrefs
Pre-sales Audits: Conduct occasional audits for initial contact with leads (as requested by the sales team).
Full Comprehensive Site Audits: Perform complete site audits every 6 months for each site and for new SEO clients. Monthly, address outstanding audit issues, resolve issues flagged in GA and GSC, tackle issues identified in Ahrefs, and manage special projects (e.g., improving content on town pages).
Keyword/Competitor Analysis: Conduct new keyword and competitor research every 3-6 months for each site. Utilise keyword and competitor analysis monthly for blogs and backlinks.
Outline Site with Keyword Mapping: Determine the main keyword for each page.
On-Page SEO: After full site analysis, fix issues yourself or collaborate with the development team to resolve them.
Off-page SEO: Analyse each site’s backlinks, suggest improvements, and create a 3-6 month plan for enhancement.
SEO Backlink Management: Meet client-specific monthly backlink targets (e.g., Site A = 10, Site B = 15, all others = 10).

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in SEO or content marketing
Strong understanding of SEO principles (evaluated during the interview process)
Proficient in using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Bonus Points:
Knowledge of HTML and Schema Markup
Experience creating Looker Studio and Agency Analytics reports
