SEO & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our real estate business with SEO tasks and outbound lead generation calls. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with realtors or real estate businesses, along with a strong foundation in SEO.

This role combines lead generation through phone calls and website SEO support, making it ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and comfortable communicating with potential clients.

-Make outbound calls to provided leads and set qualified appointments

-Communicate professionally with prospects and represent the company well over the phone

-Maintain and update call logs, lead status, and appointment schedules

-Perform SEO-related tasks for the company website

-Assist with SEO integration and optimization as guided by the team

-Support ongoing website improvement efforts to increase online visibility

-Manage time effectively between outbound calls and SEO tasks

-Proven SEO experience with a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals

-Experience working with real estate clients or realtors is highly preferred

-Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting

-Clear and neutral English accent suitable for professional phone conversations

-Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

-Highly organized and able to multitask between calls and SEO work

-Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
