IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

– Oversee and execute all link-building initiatives to improve organic search rankings — including outreach, guest posting, and directory submissions.
– Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and generate high-quality traffic and leads.
– Supervise content production workflows, ensuring high-quality writing and on-time delivery aligned with SEO and content strategy goals.
– Collaborate with SEO and content teams to develop and maintain strategic content plans that guide production and performance tracking.
– Create, refine, and manage SOPs to streamline operations across content, outreach, and ads management.
– Support ongoing writing needs — contributing content as needed for blogs, guest posts, or other digital assets.
– Analyze and report on key metrics for content, link building, and paid media to refine strategy and drive better results.
– Coordinate initial directory orders and GBP (Google Business Profile) updates, ensuring accurate and optimized local listings.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

– Strong experience in SEO, content strategy, and paid media (Google Ads and Facebook Ads).
– Familiar with link building best practices, directory submissions, and local listing optimizations.
– Capable of managing and improving content workflows and working across teams to align on goals.
– A strong writer who can contribute content and guide quality standards.
– Comfortable creating and implementing SOPs to improve team efficiency.
– Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to report and adjust strategies based on performance data.
– Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities smoothly.
