Location: 100% Remote from Serbia or the Philippines

Compensation: $2900 gross per month

Time zone: Candidates must be available to work in the GMT+4 time zone

Employment Type: Full-Time (B2B Independent Contractor, 40 hours per week)

Must Experience:

• 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally within iGaming or gambling verticals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and align SEO initiatives with content and development functions.

Bonus points for:

• SEO experience in B2C social casino / sweep stakes games.

Role Overview

As SEO Manager, you’ll lead our organic search strategy, managing both in-house SEO Specialists and external partners. You’ll be responsible for growing rankings, traffic, and conversions across our portfolio of sites, driving measurable business

impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across on-page, technical, and content initiatives.
• Manage SEO Specialists and external vendors to deliver best-in-class SEO execution.
• Report on key metrics including rankings, organic traffic, and funnel conversion rates.
• Oversee site audits, recommend and prioritize technical improvements, and ensure seamless collaboration with dev. teams.
• Stay on top of algorithm updates and industry trends, adapting strategies as needed.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally within iGaming or gambling verticals.
• Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and align SEO initiatives with content and development functions.
• Strong technical understanding of site architecture, HTML/CSS, and how it impacts SEO.
