JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Technical SEO Manager to lead our organic search strategy with a deep focus on entity-driven, semantic search principles. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires expertise in advanced SEO methodologies, including using Python for automation, Semantic SEO and NLP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a semantic SEO strategy centered on entity-attribute pairs, topical authority, and intent-based content optimization for core verticals.
- Build and maintain processed topical maps that integrate centerpiece annotation, document structure, and responsiveness to search intent, moving beyond raw entity lists to holistic content ecosystems.
- Implement taxonomy and ontology frameworks to classify and interlink entities, enhancing semantic relevance and SERP coverage across Indonesian, Thai and Philippine markets.
- Utilize semantic content briefs and entity-mapping techniques to drive content creation, ensuring alignment with user path queries and AI-driven search features.
- Monitor and optimize for PageRank hoarding/sculpting through strategic internal linking, redirects, and hub-and-spoke architectures to maximize organic visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, average position) to refine strategies, with a focus on scaling topical coverage while managing a positive ranking state.
