Pearl Talent is hiring an SEO Operations Specialist to support a fast-growing content marketing and SEO agency working with early-stage SaaS and tech companies. This fully remote role focuses on driving organic growth through SEO strategy, reporting, content operations, and client management.
Role: SEO Operations Specialist (SEO / Content / SaaS)
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (Full-time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Locations: Philippines, LATAM, EMEA
Compensation: up to $1,500 (depending on experience)

In this role, you will manage multiple client accounts, lead SEO reporting and audits, coordinate content workflows, and build scalable systems that drive measurable results.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in SEO strategy, analysis, or agency operations with strong expertise in both technical and content-driven SEO
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast- paced, client-facing environment
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4
• Strong organizational, analytical, and process management skills with the ability to build systems and workflows
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience leading client calls and presenting insights
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast- paced, client-facing environment

Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end SEO strategy and reporting across multiple client accounts, analyzing performance and identifying growth opportunities
• Conduct technical SEO audits and develop data-driven content strategies based on keyword and search intent insights
• Manage content operations, including content calendars, writer coordination, and quality assurance of outputs
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, leading calls, presenting reports, and managing ongoing communication and follow-ups
• Build and optimize internal systems, SOPs, and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and delivery at scale
