We’re seeking a Full-Time SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will lead and execute SEO strategies to drive high-quality inbound leads from decision-makers across B2B service sectors. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on SEO skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to work independently and align efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a B2B SEO strategy tailored for service-based websites targeting business decision-makers
- Perform keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and content alignment to match buyer intent
- Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve site speed, indexing, and internal linking
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Collaborate with content, sales, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across the site
- Shift content focus from talent/job seekers to attracting high-intent business prospects
- Report on SEO impact with a focus on lead quality and conversions, not just traffic metrics
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven B2B SEO experience, especially for service-based websites targeting decision-makers (not B2C or ecommerce)
- Ability to work autonomously and drive strategy with minimal oversight
- Track record of shifting SEO focus from non-commercial audiences (e.g., talent/job seekers) to high-intent business buyers
- Strong experience with on-page SEO techniques
- Proven ability to develop and implement keyword strategies targeting B2B decision-makers
- Content optimization skills aligned with different stages of the B2B buyer journey
- Proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, and GA4
- Ability to audit, advise, and, where appropriate action on improving technical SEO (site speed, indexation, internal linking, etc.)
- Ability to report on SEO performance with a focus on lead quality and conversions, not just traffic, supported by an understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization
- Experience with schema markup and structured data implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with international SEO (multi-region, multi-language targeting) strategies
- Understanding of B2B content strategy for longer sales cycles (e.g., case studies, solution pages, TOFU/BOFU structure)
- Experience supporting global service companies or outsourcing/BPO sectors
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console certification
- Comfortable collaborating across teams (e.g., sales, design, content)
- Familiarity with ethical or mission-driven brands and dual-audience websites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as Butter CMS, WordPress
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing

- Engagement: Full-time
- Time Zone: Preferably aligned with GMT to GMT+8
- Preferred Locations: Philippines, India, Pakistan, and LATAM
- Rate: USD 13/hour
