Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy through technical audits, content optimization, and link-building. You’ll work with our marketing team to improve search visibility, increase traffic, and ensure best SEO practices are in place using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Key Duties:

• Conduct keyword research and content analysis to identify SEO opportunities
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic
• Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for visibility and UX
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Generate comprehensive SEO reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with evolving SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure optimized and relevant content
• Support link-building and reputation management efforts
• Implement ongoing technical audit optimizations, monthly content production, and citation building (30/month)
• Drive technical and on-page SEO across the full site
• Lead link-building efforts to improve domain authority
• Ensure accurate attribution using Wildjar, Google Analytics, and GSC

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in SEO, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment
• Strong grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs
• Confident in analyzing data to uncover trends and actionable insights
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including content and development
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and optimization

Essential Skills:

• Keyword research and content optimization
• Technical SEO and site audit implementation
• On-page SEO including metadata, headers, and internal linking
• Backlink building and citation campaigns
• SEO reporting and performance tracking
• Communication and collaboration within marketing teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in SEO, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs)
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
