SEO Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who knows how to go beyond surface-level tactics. You’ll work directly with our team at RankingonAI.com to drive organic growth for our clients — and help them show up in AI answers, Google AI Overviews, and more.This is a hands-on role focused on real results. If you’ve used Ahrefs, built solid keyword strategies, and helped websites rank for bottom-of-funnel terms — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using Ahrefs
• Identify bottom-of-funnel keywords that drive revenue, not just traffic
• Build and deliver clear, actionable content briefs for writers
• Collaborate with a small, fast-moving team focused on results
• Track rankings and iterate on what works
• Work independently and meet deadlines without micro-management

Who You Are

• You’ve used Ahrefs extensively and can interpret keyword data quickly
• You understand SEO intent, especially bottom-of-funnel and commercial queries
• You can create smart, focused briefs — not bloated content docs
• You care about results, not just reports
• You work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver on time
