Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It):

As our SEO Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing impactful SEO strategies. Your mission will be to significantly enhance our clients’ website visibility and organic traffic. You’ll work alongside our creative and technical teams to optimize every facet of our clients’ online presence, from content and site architecture to on-page and off-page tactics. We’re looking for a proactive individual with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword mastery, and technical SEO best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Uncover Opportunities: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact target keywords and content optimization avenues.
Optimize for Success: Enhance website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page elements, to boost search rankings and elevate user experience.
Technical SEO Mastery: Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to diagnose and resolve issues impacting crawlability, indexing, and site performance.
Track & Analyze: Monitor and interpret website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other leading SEO tools.
Build Authority: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority and organic search visibility.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
Collaborate & Implement: Work closely with content creators, developers, and other key stakeholders to seamlessly implement SEO recommendations.
Report on Impact: Track, measure, and present key SEO metrics and performance indicators, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Competitive Edge: Utilize SEMRush and other SEO tools for competitive analysis, opportunity identification, and progress tracking.
What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your understanding of SEO best practices.
Proficiency with essential SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
Solid grasp of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with website analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you’re a team player!
Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements.
Bonus Points For:

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Google Analytics certification.
