Virtual Coworker is hiring an SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our organic growth strategy.

This is not a “publish blogs and hope” role.

We want someone who understands search intent, conversion psychology, authority building, and how SEO fits into a larger growth engine.

What You’ll Own:
• End-to-end SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)
• Authority building & backlink acquisition
• Content roadmap aligned to commercial intent
• SEO-driven CRO improvements
• Competitor & SERP gap analysis
• Scaling organic traffic that actually converts
• You won’t just “optimise pages.”
• You’ll build a growth asset.

What Success Looks Like:
• Higher quality inbound leads

Must Haves
• Must be able to demonstrate an example and easily articulate a time where they have built, owned and executed an SEO strategy.
• 5+ years SEO experience (agency or in-house at scale)
• Proven track record growing competitive keywords
• Deep technical SEO knowledge (site architecture, schema, CWV, indexing)
• Strong understanding of search intent & buyer psychology
• Experience in international SEO (AU/US/UK markets ideal)
• Data-driven decision maker (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.)
• This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.

Home Office Requirements
