Job Opening: SEO Specialist
An Australian Construction Systems company is seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage and execute our monthly search engine optimization strategy. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for driving measurable growth in our organic rankings, traffic, and overall site health
This is a fixed monthly retainer engagement focused on high-quality deliverables and ethical “white-hat” practices

Core Responsibilities
Keyword Strategy: Conduct ongoing research aligned with our specific services and target markets
On-Page Optimization: Update website pages, meta data, headings, URLs, and internal linking
Technical SEO: Identify and resolve issues regarding indexing, mobile optimization, site speed, and crawl errors
Authority Building: Execute a high-quality backlink strategy each month
Performance Monitoring: Track site health and performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
Content Guidance: Provide actionable recommendations for upcoming topics and on-page improvements
Monthly Deliverables
You will be expected to provide a comprehensive monthly summary report including:
Keyword Tracking: Movement, top rankings, and new opportunities
Technical Audit: List of completed fixes and future recommendations
Backlink Report: Documentation of acquired links and domain quality
Content Plan: Recommendations for the following month

Requirements & Tools
Experience: Proven track record in improving rankings and site health through ethical SEO practices
Communication: Proactive updates via email and a quick turnaround on questions during business hours
Tech Stack: Proficiency in SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google’s suite of tracking tools
Engagement Structure
Type: Ongoing month-to-month contract/ Remote- Philippines only
Fee: Fixed monthly
Review: Formal performance reviews conducted every 3 months
