What You Must Be Strong In:

Technical SEO (site structure, indexing, speed optimization, audits)

On-page & off-page SEO

Google Business Profile optimization

Structured data / schema markup

Content strategy & SEO-driven content building

Backlink strategy & authority building

Comfortable using AI tools to scale and improve workflow

coding experience with wordpress

website building/design experience

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who understands the SEO landscape end-to-end

Proven track record of ranking websites and improving traffic

Ability to identify issues and execute solutions without hand-holding

Stays up to date with algorithm changes and best practices

Bonus Points:

Experience in home services or roofing industry

Local SEO expertise
