SEO Specialist (Content & Technical SEO)

Location: Remote — PH candidates only

Scala Staffing is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with strong content writing skills and a proven track record in boosting organic rankings. If you can balance creative storytelling with technical optimization, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

– Research and strategize for 30+ high-value target keywords.

– Write and optimize non-AI-generated content for blogs, landing pages, and web copy.

– Execute on-site SEO — meta tags, header tags, internal linking, schema markup.

– Ensure proper indexing and site structure optimization.

– Conduct technical SEO audits to improve crawlability, site speed, and mobile usability.

– Monitor performance via Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

What We’re Looking For:

– 3+ years of SEO experience (both content & technical).

– Strong portfolio of written work.

– Deep understanding of search engine algorithms & ranking factors.

– Bonus: HTML, CSS, or WordPress knowledge.
