— ABOUT YOU —

You’re a search strategist with a growth mindset. You love digging into keyword data, competitor rankings, and Google’s ever-evolving algorithm. But you also know SEO is more than just checklists—it’s about helping real businesses get found by real people.

– You’ve managed SEO for multiple websites (agency experience a bonus)
– You know your way around tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SERanking, and Screaming Frog
– You understand on-page, off Page, content, and technical SEO
– You can audit a site and know exactly what’s holding it back
– You’re confident writing meta data and guiding content direction
– You can build a simple content brief and work with writers and devs to make it happen
– You’re not afraid of detailed reporting—because your results speak for themselves

— ABOUT THE ROLE —

As our SEO Specialist, you’ll be responsible for delivering and evolving SEO strategies across client sites—especially those in high-value, competitive industries like professional services, engineering, ecommerce, and healthcare.

Your day-to-day will include:

– Performing SEO audits and developing 90-day optimisation plans
– Collaborating with devs and content teams to implement SEO improvements
– Tracking and reporting on organic performance each month
– Creating keyword strategies that drive both traffic, leads, and revenue
– Writing clear briefs for SEO-focused landing pages and blog content
– Optimising site structure, internal linking, page speed, and crawlability
– Guiding backlink strategy (including outreach and cleanup)

This is a remote role, preferably within Australia or The Phillipines (for aligned time zones), but we’ll consider great candidates anywhere.
