SEO Specialist – Legal Marketing Agency

The Opportunity A growing marketing agency specializing in legal marketing is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to support ongoing client campaigns and expand organic visibility for law firms across North America.

This role works closely with internal web and marketing teams to execute SEO strategies that improve search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation for clients. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple client priorities, and consistent collaboration with team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SEO initiatives designed to improve client search rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation
• Use SEO tools and analytics platforms to evaluate performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Monitor and analyze website performance and search visibility using analytics and reporting tools
• Collaborate daily with internal team members to coordinate SEO activities and campaign execution
• Manage multiple SEO tasks or client priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Identify issues affecting search visibility and implement solutions to improve organic performance
• Support ongoing SEO efforts that contribute to measurable increases in online visibility for client websites

Compensation Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ₱32,000 – ₱42,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate’s experience level.

Required Core Technical Skills

• Hands-on SEO execution experience supporting organic search performance
• Experience using Semrush for SEO research, analysis, and optimization
• Proficiency with Google Analytics for tracking website performance and insights
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 for reporting and collaboration

Required Professional Skills

• Strong attention to detail when executing technical or analytical tasks
• Problem-solving ability when identifying and addressing SEO performance issues
