We are looking for a Website Developer with strong SEO expertise, an SEO Specialist focused on lead generation, and a highly organised Virtual / Personal Assistant to join our growing team.

We are a fast-growing UK company operating across London, focused on strengthening and upgrading our digital presence to align with specific platforms that will be provided once shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities

Website & SEO

Develop, improve, and maintain our websites

Optimise SEO to generate high-quality leads

Update and manage Google Business profiles

Implement SEO strategies using targeted keywords

Virtual Assistant / PA Support

Manage and maintain our Notion workspace (tasks, databases, pipelines)

Take structured meeting notes and track action points

Handle email management and correspondence

Conduct research (properties, councils, market rates, competitors)

Prepare reports, documents, and templates

Manage calendars, meetings, and reminders

Support data entry and CRM/spreadsheet management

Assist with website updates and social media coordination

Handle ad hoc admin and PA tasks

Requirements

Proven experience in relevant role (SEO, Web Development, and VA/PA)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience with lead generation and/or admin systems

Ability to work independently and deliver results
