SEO Strategist/Senior SEO Specialist

WE’RE HIRING: SEO STRATEGIST / SENIOR SEO SPECIALIST

Full-Time Position (Remote Work, Filipino Only)

We’re looking for an experienced SEO professional who can work independently, own client accounts, and develop strategies, not just execute assigned tasks.

What we need:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience

• Can independently develop and execute SEO strategies

• Can manage multiple SEO clients with minimal supervision

• Strong Technical, On-Page, Content & Local SEO knowledge

• Experience with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Experience using Claude and other AI tools for workflow and process

• Strong data analysis and SEO decision-making skills

• Comfortable communicating directly with clients

• Experience with Real Estate SEO is a strong plus

• Comfortable handling different industries and business types

• Experience with Nationwide and/or Global, and Local SEO campaigns

• Knowledge of AI Search Optimization is a plus

• Comfortable with HubStaff for time tracker

• Good communication and collaboration skills when working with multicultural, cross-functional teams (Web Dev, Web Design, Account Managers, Social Media, and Paid Ads).

• Flexible working hours, but should attend Mountain Time meetings (if needed)

Compensation: Discuss your full-time monthly rate with the CEO
