We’re Hiring: Web Designer & SEO Specialist (Project-Based or Monthly Basis)

Clients: Local Small Businesses (Current Project: Millwork/Woodworking)

Focus: Local SEO & Custom WordPress Web Design

Compensation: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000/month (Negotiable based on experience & results)

We’re looking for an experienced Web Designer & SEO Specialist to work with us on an ongoing or project-based arrangement. You’ll start with a custom website and SEO campaign for a millwork/woodworking business, with more small business projects to follow.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen design eye, technical skill in WordPress, and a proactive mindset when it comes to SEO and site optimization.

Who We’re Looking For:

A solid portfolio of WordPress websites with results-driven designs.

Proven experience in local SEO and lead generation.

Able to customize WordPress websites based on client branding and goals.

Comfortable with hosting migration, domain setup, and basic maintenance.

A self-starter who can provide suggestions and flag issues before clients notice.

Web Design Duties:

Build up to 5 custom pages (Home, Services, About, etc.) tailored to each business.

Customize design using WordPress themes or builders to match the brand and goals.

Create visually engaging, mobile-responsive layouts that convert visitors into leads.

Set up strong calls-to-action and contact buttons.

Build with expandability in mind for future growth.

Handle domain setup, hosting migration, and site maintenance.

Be proactive with design improvements and user experience feedback.

SEO Responsibilities:

Create and publish weekly blog content to improve site authority and engagement.

Build 10 high-quality backlinks per month to enhance trust and rankings.

Add 2 new SEO-focused service pages each month.

Post weekly updates to the Google Business Profile.

Perform regular on-page optimization and deep technical tuning.

Research smart keyword strategies and monitor local competitors.

Compensation:

₱40,000 to ₱60,000/month (or project-based equivalent)

Rate negotiable based on skills, experience, and performance
